Show ceilings for individual tissues I think that displaying tissue loadings either as pressure or as percentages is not very intuitive but that it makes much more sense when translated to ceiling depths. This change enables just that for the 16 tissues in our calculated ceiling and visualizes this in the profile graph. There is a checkbox in the preferences to turn this on. Tissue saturation plot a la Sherwater Pretel This adds a toolbox icon to turn on a tissue plot inspired by the bar graph of the Sherwater Petrel, It shows the inert gas partial pressures for individual compartments. If they are below the ambient pressure (grey line) they are shown in units of the ambient pressure, if they are above, the excess is shown as a percentage of the allowed overpressure for plain Buehlmann. So it has the same units as a gradient factor. Thus also the a gradient factor line (for the current depth) is shown. The different tissues get different colors, greener for the faster ones and bluer for the slower ones. Positioning and on/off icon action still need some tender loving care. Signed-off-by: Robert C. Don't try to force depth to be unsigned Trying to clean up the signed vs. unsigned issues it becomes clear that forcing depth to be unsigned causes way too many problems in the code. So this commit goes the opposite direction; since we clearly aren't limited INT_MAX vs UINT_MAX, simply make more of the depth related variables signed. Signed-off-by: Dirk Hohndel <dirk@hohndel.org>

Localize global planner state For UI responsiveness, we need to be able to run the planner in the background. This needs the planner state to be localized (and we need to pass a pointer around). In order to not let too many lines overrun (and to save typing in the future) I have renamed instances of struct deco_state to ds. Yes this should have gone to a separate commit but I accidentally commit --amend'ed it. Computing of planner variations is temporarily disabled. ToolTipItem: show gf line based on correct gradient factor preferences Calculate gfline using the gradient factor that is set by the planner preferences when in the planner, and by the general prefs when not in the planner. This is achieved by doing the gradient factor calculation in dive.c, where buehlmann_config is defined. Previously, the gfline was calculated using the general preferences gfhigh and gflow, even when in the planner.
