Make device enumeration use the device transport data This removes some special-case code for Uemis, replacing it with simply passing in the device transport information. This makes device enumeration work for the Garmin Descent (if it is listed by libdivecomputer as a USB storage device, that is). I don't actually do any of the libdivecomputer parsing yet, and only have a stub for the Garmin Descent, but now the directory selection works with that stub. The actual download obviously does not. Move 'plot_info' into 'struct graphics_context' .. and then allocate just the plot-info entry array dynamically. We want to have a longer lifetime for the basic plot_info data structure, because we want to do computer selection and maximum time/depth/temperature computations *before* we start plotting anything, and before we allocate the plot entry array. Core: remove MAX_CYLINDERS restriction Instead of using fixed size arrays, use a new cylinder_table structure. The code copies the weightsystem code, but is significantly more complex because cylinders are such an integral part of the core. Two functions to access the cylinders were added: get_cylinder() and get_or_create_cylinder() The former does a simple array access and supposes that the cylinder exists. The latter is used by the parser(s) and if a cylinder with the given id does not exist, cylinders up to that id are generated. One point will make C programmers cringe: the cylinder structure is passed by value. This is due to the way the table-macros work. A refactoring of the table macros is planned. It has to be noted that the size of a cylinder_t is 64 bytes, i.e. 8 long words on a 64-bit architecture, so passing on the stack is probably not even significantly slower than passing as reference. Be more careful about dive computer selection The selection logic was a bit random: some places would return NULL if the dive computer index was out of range, others would return the primary dive computer, and actually moving between dive computers would just blindly increment and decrement the number. Tissue saturation plot a la Sherwater Pretel This adds a toolbox icon to turn on a tissue plot inspired by the bar graph of the Sherwater Petrel, It shows the inert gas partial pressures for individual compartments. If they are below the ambient pressure (grey line) they are shown in units of the ambient pressure, if they are above, the excess is shown as a percentage of the allowed overpressure for plain Buehlmann. So it has the same units as a gradient factor. Thus also the a gradient factor line (for the current depth) is shown. The different tissues get different colors, greener for the faster ones and bluer for the slower ones. Positioning and on/off icon action still need some tender loving care. Signed-off-by: Robert C.
