Grammar: replaces 'indexes' by 'indices'

Grammar-nazi ran

git grep -l 'indexes' | xargs sed -i '' -e 's/indexes/indices/g'

to prevent future wincing when reading the source code.

Unfortunatly, Qt itself is infected as in
QModelIndexList QItemSelection::indexes() const
