Cleanup: implement proper Qt-model semantics in TankInfoModel

Browse source 
- Use a beginResetModel()/endResetModel() pair instead of distinct
addRows / removeRows pairs.

- Reuse the update function in the constructor().

- Let "rows" be the number of rows, not the number of rows minus one.
