Shearwater: fix (again) per-cell ppO2 reporting
      Update the list of the Ratio dive computers
      Don't pass a NULL pointer to memcpy
      Use symbolic constants for the commands
      Add clock synchronization support
      Skip empty logbook entries
      Add filters for BLE communication
      Ignore zero tank pressure values
