cleanup: remove DiveCalculatedCeiling::profileWidget

Browse source 
The DiveCalculatedCeiling had a back-pointer to the profileWidget.
This was used for weird control-flow shenanigans, which were
removed in 975c123a30.

Remove this now useless member variable.
