build-system: move plannerShared to backend-shared

Browse source 
WARNING: multi directory commit, needed to secure it builds.

move the core/plannerShared.* to backend-shared.

update CMakeLists.txt to include backend-shared lib in link process.

update ios project to reflect new directory
