Better User Agent for Subsurface

Browse source 
This one is less verbose and very easy to parse. It's guaranteed to have
five components, separated by ':' with no other ':' in the string:

Subsurface:<version>:<PrettyOSName>:<appCpuArch[/osCpuArch]>:<UILang>
