User Manual: Changes to Print Dive and Print Dive Plan
This patch performs the following to the user manual: 1) Remove text refering to cursor position indications on the depth and time axes of the dive profile panel (not present in V4.2). 2) Revise dialogue and image for the printing of a dive log, taking into account the new feature for 1 dive/page. 3) Added a paragraph to the text dealing with printing of dive plans, detailing the approach to print dive plans after they have been saved in the Dive List. This is done at the end of the text dealing with the dive planner. Signed-off-by: Willem Ferguson <willemferguson@zoology.up.ac.za> Signed-off-by: Dirk Hohndel <dirk@hohndel.org>

Dive plans have many characteristics in common with dive logs (dive profile, dive notes, etc).
After a dive plan has been saved, the dive details and gas calculations are saved in
the *Dive Notes* tab. While a dive plan is being designed, it can be printed using
the _Print_ button in the dive planner. This prints the dive details and gas calculations
in the _Dive Plan Details_ panel of the dive planner. However, after the plan has been saved, it is
represented in a way very similar to a dive log and the gas calculations cannot be
accessed in the same way as during the planning process. The only way to print the
dive plan is to use the _File->Print_ facility on the main menu in the same way as for dive logs.
