Disable Bluetooth option from GUI if SSRF_CUSTOM_SERIAL is undefined

The Bluetooth implementation doesn't work if SSRF_CUSTOM_SERIAL
is undefined. Therefore it is a good idea to remove it from
the UI if the libdivecomputer version is wrong.
