dive planner: correct bottomsac/decosac calc.

Move conversion cuft <-> liter from desktop-widget/diveplanner.cpp
to plannerShared, to facilitate the same results in mobile
diveplanner

Use Backend for bottomsac/decosac and update to check
for switch LITER <-> CUFT

Add bottomsac/decosac to QMLinterface.
