build-sytem: hide archived Subsurface version from translation scan
...
The release process creates full Subsurface trees under tmp. Don't pick
those up when looking for source strings.

translation tooling: fix script to not include Kirigami strings
...
Not sure when it started doing that - we don't want those in our
translations, I believe.
Also, we appear to suddenly get problems with too many numerus lines
unless the existing translation is deleted, first. Very strange.

Add -nopush option to translation script

This way I can easily see if there are new strings - without causing an
unnecessary push to Transifex.
