2efa047999 Merge branch 'kirigamiPort' of https://github.com/sebasje/subsurface into mergeKirigamiPort
This merge was a bit more challenging given how far things had diverged,
but I hope I got it mostly right.

7434e4213b QML UI: show keyboard when entering credential screen
If the user goes to the credentials screen, they likely want to edit
something. So put the focus on the first entry field and show the
keyboard.

We also need to hide the keyboard when the credential screen becomes
invisble so that the keyboard doesn't stay around when the dive list
is shown.

d99c931219 QML UI: remove the checkbox for remembering the password
In the context of the mobile app this simply makes no sense. If the user
doesn't select this option, the app doesn't really work. So why have the option
in the first place?

5952b09b51 QML UI: use action button and Android back button to save / go back
This is more consistent with the rest of our UI

To make this work you once again need changes to the mobile components
that aren't upstream, yet.

and how...

38f7fd6fbe QML UI: allow changing credentials
With the integration of the credentials into the start page the logic for
this has changed.
Since the code for start page and dive list is actually on the same page,
using opacity to switch between the two sub pages (depending on whether we
have valid credentials and dives to show), the old way of changing
credentials no longer worked.
With theis patch the user once again can change their credentials (and
change their mind and go back to the dive list).

ffd449cf21 QML UI: make cloud credentials usable as a component on a page
Instead of using this on its own page, it makes more sense to use it as
part of the start page directly.

471270437b QML UI: make all buttons more attractive
Commit f3f7930 introduced a more attractive button style to the start page.
This patch turns it into its own type so it can easily be used everywhere.

703c3de880 QML-UI: mark email entry field as such
I hoped that this would show the "email keyboard" on Android that includes the
'@' sign without having to switch layers but that didn't seem to work. I'll
leave this here, anyway, as it seems like the right thing to do since this
input field is indeed for an email address.

7a94360a6d QML-UI: Split cloud credentials and other preferences
This makes the cloud credential entry page much simpler, separate page. It also
removes the two colums and uses the label of the check box instead of having a
separate label item.

The preferences page of course also gets simpler by doing this. Here I kept the
two columns, though.

Finally the code for the old context menu was removed - not sure why this was
still here.

Next I need to fix the savePreferences() call to do the right thing in each
case.
