9a0b8678ca profile: remove old tooltipitem code 
The not-yet implemented parts in the qt-quick port were taken over
as comments, so no need to keep these files around.

13c9218ecf profile: first rudimentary port of the ToolTipItem to qt-quick 
Still behaves weirdly when panning the chart.

No support for moving the ToolTipItem.

Doesn't add information on bookmarks under the mouse cursor.
