version.c is now object code which is recompiled each time
ssrf-version.h changes, while the interface file version.h
remains that same at all times and files which include it
will not need to be recompiled.

The only place where I'm not sure if there are unintended sideeffects of
changing over to the new domain is QCoreApplication::setOrganizationDomain

I know everyone will hate it.
Go ahead. Complain. Call me names.
At least now things are consistent and reproducible.
If you want changes, have your complaint come with a patch to
scripts/whitespace.pl so that we can automate it.

Main change is that now SubsurfaceAbout doesn't have instance object, but
it constructs and destructs dynamically.
* Remove the static SubsurfaceAbout::instance() class member
* construct/destruct about dialog on demand
* Other small aboutbox cleanups.

Subsurface creates a lot of singleton instances on demand, but nothing
ever deleted them. Since they are singletons, these memory allocations
are technically not leaks. However, they clutter the output in valgrind
and other memory analysers, hiding the real issues.
The solution is to delete these items at exit. For the models and for
gettextFromC, the solution is to use a QScopedPointer, which will delete
its payload when it gets destroyed. For the dialogs and other widgets,
we can't do that: they need to be deleted before QApplication exits, so
we just set the parent in all of them to the main window.

The translatable string in about dialog is truncated at the
VERSION_STRING. Thus it has to be given as argument to the tr function.

It's not written purely in C anymore. There's quite a lot of C++ now,
not to mention Perl, XSLT, shell scripting, etc. :-)

Apparently qmake can't tell that #include "version.h" and #include
"libdivecomputer/version.h" are not the same thing. Instead of spending
another bunch of hours on fixing the buildsystem I decided to just cleanup
the spots where we actually use the version file and rename it to
ssrf-version.h.

This means we don't have to new/delete them, which is a waste of
overhead.

This means we can also remove the forward declarations.
This is the first step in removing the memory allocation for the ui
sub-classes. Without the second step, this commit is just making the
compilation time increase for no good reason :-)

Most child windows should be closed with the main application
window otherwise if left open and if making specific
modifictions could potentially cause a SIGSEGV.
To solve that we mark all custom windows/dialogs with
the Qt::WA_QuitOnClose attribute on instance creation.
