It appears that this dependency is no longer provided (as of Mantis), but also
no longer needed (as a build without it appears to completed). Let's see if
that fixes our Mantis build issue.

While the update to the copyright year really isn't required, it just looks
better.
By using the canonical instead of the git version in user visible strings we
are creating more consistency in how we refer to the version.

It's embarrassing that we kept doing this for so long. Debian and Ubuntu
have had new enough versions of libgit2 for a very long time.

Android and iOS use qmake, so add the code to the .pro file.
This also removes all remnants of QCharts includes and uses and all the
references to QCharts in our various build systems.
That was a brief but extremely useful detour.

There are just so many places where I need to remember to update the package
lists. Turns out I had forgotten to add libmtp to the Linux builds when we
add the Garmin Descent mk2 support...

We don't want to try to track every change to this file in our source repo, so
this starting point is as goos as any.

Also remove some of the code for building on Ubuntu 12.04.

With this we also give up on building daily builds on Ubuntu 12.04
The cmake based infrastructure very much assumes Qt5 at this point.

Dang. I didn't pay attention that commit 2677f3ca79 ("LIBMARBLEDEVEL
points to an install dir, not a build dir") broke the way I build the
Linux binaries.

* only build a static libdivecomputer
* only build the libgit2 library, not the executable

This now assumes that a running changelog is maintained in
src/debian.changelog, i.e., at the same level as the subsurface tree; the
organization now should look like this:
src/debian.changelog
src/subsurface # subsurface git checkout
src/subsurface/libdivecomputer # libdivecomputer git Subsurface-xx branch
src/subsurface/marble-source # marble git Subsurface-xx branch
src/subsurface/libgit2 # libgit2 git checkout
Instead of running dh_make to create all new debian build files, we add the
necessary files in our script.

Marble can't be static, so instead we build a shared library but give it a
different name so it can be installed in parallel with the "real"
libmarblewidget.so.
Also make sure that the correct libusb is installed so that Atomics Aquatics
dive computers are supported.
