Berthold Stoeger 01e8a54f58 Cleanup: remove DownloadFromDCThread::tripTable
Since ff9506b21b the downloaders don't
add dives to a new trip and therefore the tripTable field of
DownloadFromDCThread became pointless. Remove it.
