Henrik Brautaset Aronsen 9451617760 Remove repetitions of "Show" in Preferences dialog
Instead of having "Show Temp", "Show Cyl", etc in the Preferences dialog,
rename the group as "Show Columns" and remove "Show " from all the
checkboxes.  The dialog is tighter/nicer this way.
