remove TechnicalDetails from SettingsObjectWrapper and reference qPrefTechnicalDetails update files using SettingsObjectWrapper/TechnicalDetails to use qPrefTechnicalDetails this activated qPrefTechnicalDetails and removed the similar class from SettingsObjectWrapper.
