Updates to the user manual for Subsurface-mobile. Many new
figures have been brought in. The text has been overhauled
to include latest features and some features that do not
exist any more have been removed. Text has been added,
explaining the copy-and-paste operation (Thanks, Miika).

Tweak some of the explanations, expand a few sections a bit more, overall try
to make the user manual even more comprehensive.

This brings the text closer to the current version of Subsurface-mobile,
but a lot more fine tuning will be required (and of course the images need
to be updated to reflect the current UI).
