This removes all references to WebKit if cmake option USE_WEBKIT is enabled.
For the user manual it changes it to WebEngine (seems to work for me).
Similar for the Facebook connection (minus a reference to a cookie jar).
This I could not test at the moment, as I wrote this on a train.
Printing does not work, it is a null operation at the moment. Currently,
large parts of of the printing code are commented out as there is no direct
way to access page elements in WebEngine. It seems this needs to be done
via Javascript (with a callback invoked). There is new functionality in
WebEngine to render a view to a PDF file but this needs more work (and
probably some thoughts towards page breaks).

Using the menu entry or Ctrl-R is designed to renumber all dives, but
using the context menu renumbers only the selected dives. With this
change it becomes more obvious to the user what's happening.

We where testing the whole document, wich made qDebug
completely bogus to see where we failed at testing the
generated file. If we test line-by-line, we can know
more easily where we failed.

It seems the timestampt of QMouseEvents are not reliable on Linux. So we
better use currentDateTime to detect a double click.

I don't know how those arose in the first place, but an
empty QByteArray is never a valid hash value for an image. So
we should not store those in our translation tables and also
get rid of them when loading the tables from disk.

This patch fixes two bugs:
1) It first computes the effective gradient factors and then
composes the notes with the diveplan rather than the other way
around.
2) It does not try to fit a line through a single point.

For each stop, this computes an effective gradient factor
that gives the same ceiling. Then, it does linear regression
to find values for GFlow and GFhigh that give a similar deco
profile.
Note that this optimises the average gradient factor. The
runtime however depends strongly at the gradient factor at
the last depth. So we don't necessarily to get the runtime
right.
