Amazing progress. Bulgarian, Chinese (Taiwan), Slovak got completed - many
other translations added the hand full of new strings that showed up over
the last few days.

I only pull these, authorship is tracked at Transifex.

Again, the author credit to me is wrong. I only did some of the German
translations. Everything else has authorship tracked on Transifex.

The commit shows me as author - but of course the actual work was done by
all the translators. This is one of the things where the effort to give
correct credit just doesn't appear to be worth it.

This sadly contains a very noisy .ts file diff as those files now are one
directory down from their original spot, so recreating them changed all
the source paths.

This runs lrelease against the .ts files and automatically recreates the .qm
files if any of the .ts files changes.
This also moves the .ts files into the translations directory.
